You have a decision to make - what will you study at university and where will you study it? This WebQuest has been designed to help you make your decision. It will use a variety of web based resources to help you gather information and will make reference to Higher Ideas, a piece of computer software that should be available in your establishment. You will be able to use these resources to gather information that will inform your decision. Having gathered the information you will then be in a position to either complete your application form or discuss your findings with an adviser - either a teacher, a careers adviser and/or your family, and then complete your application.
Many WebQuests involve group work where individuals research different
aspects of the topic and feedback their findings to the group. As this WebQuest
leads towards an individual's decision it may be better to work alone, but remember
to discuss your findings with others as they may be able to give you further
ideas or a different slant on something you have discovered.
